Secure Ordering
All of our online transactions are secure! Your name, address and credit card number cannot be read by anyone else.  However, if you prefer to order by phone you may call us 631-657-3133

Return Policy
We only allow return of Products in the following circumstances for which product replacement or store credit will be issued. There will be a 20% restocking fee on returned merchandise and credit will be issued for the merchandise only.  We provide no cash refunds or charge card credits for items returned.  If we sent you a product other than what you ordered, we will accept return and ship a replacement.  If you received a damaged product, we will accept return and provide a replacement of the same product.  All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of invoice and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping will be calculated by weight of order and destination. Your order will show no shipping charge.  Shipping will be calculated and you will be notified of the costs and shipping options via email.  Upon approval of the shipping charges your order will then be processed.
